Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays.
If you do not receive an order shipment notification and it has been more than 72 hours, please contact our customer service team and email service@kitoolab.com for assistance.
Delivery times depending on the season. Usually take 7-15 days, except in the event of force majeure (e.g. bad weather; strikes, etc.).
KiToolab will not be responsible for any errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed or lost/stolen items.
Free shipping is the default option and typically arrives in 7–15 days.
All our orders come with free shipping. If you would like a faster shipping method, please contact our customer service or send an email to service@kitoolab.com.
